4. Credits, Subscriptions & Payments

Credits and subscriptions are processed via Stripe, PayPal, or WooCommerce.
Credits are non-transferable and may expire as stated in your plan.
Refunds are handled at our discretion for technical or duplicate issues only.

5. Use of Services

You agree not to misuse Gamescan’s systems, upload harmful files, or attempt to reverse engineer our software. Our AI analysis is provided “as is” for entertainment and informational purposes only.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and design elements on Gamescan.gg are the property of Gamescan.gg. Users may not copy, resell, or redistribute content without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Gamescan.gg provides its services “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or perfect accuracy of AI analysis results.

8. Limitation of Liability

Gamescan.gg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
