We shall suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used in a harmful, abusive, or fraudulent way.

Gamescan.gg provides AI-powered gameplay analysis, scoring, coaching insights, and related tools. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not:

• Harass, threaten, or harm others.
• Infringe any copyright, trademark, or other rights.
• Attempt to bypass security, reverse engineer, or misuse our systems.
• Upload content that is illegal, hateful, or violates platform rules (e.g., game ToS).

4. Content You Upload

By uploading videos, clips, text, or other content (“User Content”), you confirm that:

• You own the rights to the content or have permission to use it.
• Your content does not violate any third-party rights or platform terms.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to process and display your content as needed to provide the Service.

5. AI-Generated Output

Our analysis and coaching insights are generated by AI. We do not guarantee that:

• All analysis is 100% accurate or free from errors.
• Using the Service will result in improved gameplay.

6. Credits, Subscriptions & Payments

Some features require credits or a subscription. By purchasing, you agree to:

• Provide valid payment information.
• Allow us and Stripe to process payments.
• Understand that pricing or plans may change.

Unless required by law, purchases are generally non-refundable.

7. Intellectual Property

All branding, design, text, code, and assets (excluding User Content) belong to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reproduce anything without permission.

8. Commercial Use & Coaching

AI-generated results, analysis, and outputs are provided for personal use only. You may use them to improve your own gameplay or provide coaching services, provided that you combine the insights with your own expertise and do not redistribute or sell raw outputs, screenshots, or reports. Commercial use, resale, sublicensing, or redistribution of our AI-generated outputs without our explicit written permission is strictly prohibited.

9. Third-Party Services

Gamescan.gg may link to or integrate with third-party services. Their content and policies are their responsibility, not ours.

10. Service Availability & Changes

We aim to keep the Service running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or availability on all devices. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages.
• Loss of data, gameplay results, or rankings.
• Issues caused by misuse of AI output.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

13. No Professional Advice

The Service provides general gameplay insights for informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional coaching, training, or guaranteed competitive advice.

14. Enforcement

Violation of these Terms, including unauthorised commercial use of AI outputs, shall result in account suspension, termination, and any other remedies permitted by law.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
